TradingView Rolls Out Mobile App

TradingView has launched the Android version of its platform.

Released Nov. 22, the platform features basic market tracking tools such as a customizable watchlist where users are able to keep up to date with the companies they track; state-of-the-art charts; synced account info, and real-time data from top exchanges.

TradingView said it is already working to upgrade its application.

“We decided to start with the essential features to roll out the app as soon as possible. That being said, we understand the importance of other features & functions of our platform and are working on the next version of the app already,” TradingView said in its blog, adding that push notifications, chats, among others are already in the pipeline.

The introduction of an Android version for TradingView is in response to the clamor of trading communities of both traditional markets and cryptocurrencies for users to be updated of the latest market movements using their phone.

“We received numerous requests to build a native app for the Android OS and simply couldn’t leave them unanswered,” it added.

TradingView is a social network that offers live quotes, stock charts and expert trading ideas. traders and investors on stock, futures and forex, among others.

The platform only used to be available in iOS.
