BItOasis Adds XRP To Its Cryptocurrency Exchange

BitOasis, the first digital currency wallet and exchange service in the Middle East, is debuting Ripple (XRP) trading on its platform.

Users can start XRP transactions on Tuesday, January 30, at zero percent fees during the the introductory period.

“We’ve decided to introduce XRP trading to meet the increased demand from our customers to add to the list of major cryptocurrencies and digital assets offered on our platform,” BitOasis said.

It said users will be able to place buy and sell limit and market orders with United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) through wire deposits or credit card payments.

Meanwhile, new customers can also submit an account verification until 23:59 UTC on Jan. 30 to make sure they can deposit and trade using higher limits.

XRP adds to the current tradable cryptocurrencies on the platform which are BitCoin and Ethereum.

“As one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the blockchain space in the region, we’re committed to providing our customers with a secure way to buy and sell Bitcoin, Ethereum and now, Ripple,” it added.

Founded in 2014, BitOasis is the first digital asset exchange platform in the region, offering Bitcoin trading. The company then introduced Ethereum trading for the first time in the Middle East in February 2017.
