Bitcoin Breaches $7,000 Territory, Entire Crypto Market in an Upward Trajectory

After weeks of staying in the $6,000 dollar level, Bitcoin has finally went beyond the $7,000 dollar mark and analysts believe that its value will hold over the said territory for a longer while.

As of this writing, the premiere cryptocurrency is trading at a value of $7,401.60, an increase of 9.88 percent over a 24 hour period with a total market cap of $126 billion.

Bitcoin has now brought its weekly and monthly gains into net positive, which are at around 6 and 2 percent respectively. It already beat its previous outstanding rally at almost $6,800 on July 8.

Likewise, the world’s second biggest cryptocurrency, Ethereum also enjoyed a positive performance as it reached a value of $498.58, a 5.24 percent improvement paired with a market cap of $50 billion.

Other altcoins also experienced a similar surge led by XRP with a current value of $0.51 (7.7 percent change); Bitcoin Cash at $864.89 (8.54 percent change); EOS at $8.87 (11.01 percent change).

Bitcoin’s positive price trajectory also affected Stellar, Litecoin and Cardano with values now at $0.28, $90.99 and $0.18, respectively.
